We offer Shipping To Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, EU and UK

Shipping Policy

  • Your order will be despatched the same day if ordered before 11am AEST Monday to Friday. Otherwise orders will be despatched within 24 hours of being placed.
  • If your order is placed on the weekend or a public holiday it will be despatched on the next business day.
  • All orders sent by Kat and Ko Clothing are trackable. Once your order is despatched you will receive an email with tracking information, this will allow you to check the progress of your delivery.
  • The order value for free shipping is the total value of the order at the final stage of checkout after any discount codes have been applied.

Free Local In Store Pick Up Upon check out enter "in store pick up". A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick up. Generally orders can be picked up same day, please contact shop on 02 9540 3054 to confirm same day pick up. Pick up from shop at 103 Gymea Bay Rd, Gymea. During business hours.

  • Free standard shipping for all orders over $120 AUD
  • A Flat Rate of $10 AUD for all other orders and we use Australia Post
  • Delivery time is approximately 2-3 business days from time of despatch
  • If you would like your order sooner, please choose Express post for next business day delivery in most metropolitan areas
  • Express Post $15 for orders up to $120
  • Express Post $5 for orders over $120

New Zealand

  • Free standard shipping for all orders over $200 NZD
  • A Flat Rate of $18 NZD for orders under $200 NZD and we use Australia Post
  • Delivery time approximately 4-6 business days from time of despatch

USA

  • Free standard shipping for all orders over $200 USD
  • A Flat Rate of $35 USD for orders under $200 USD and we use Australia Post
  • Delivery time approximately 14-21 days from time of despatch

Canada

  • Free standard shipping for all orders over $200 CAD
  • A Flat Rate of $35 CAD for orders under $200 CAD and we use Australia Post
