Kat & Ko Clothing
We want you to love your Kat & Ko pieces. If something isn’t quite right, returns and exchanges can be managed through your customer account using our online returns portal.

A Few Things to Know First
Returns must be lodged within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags still attached.
Hygiene stickers must remain in place where applicable.
Items showing wear, marks or use can’t be accepted.
Changed Your Mind?
That’s okay — it happens 🤍
We don’t offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, but eligible items can be returned for store credit.
Change-of-mind includes size or fit not being quite right, colour preference, ordering the wrong item, deciding it’s just not the one, or pre-orders not arriving by a personal deadline.
Final Sale Pieces
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
Final Sale includes items marked as Final Sale, Sale, Clearance, Reduced or Promotional styles.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply if a Final Sale item has a major fault.
Exchanges (Australia)
Exchanges are available on eligible items and must be requested through our returns portal.
Exchange requests must be lodged within 14 days of delivery.
Items must meet all return and hygiene conditions.
Once approved, items must be lodged with the carrier within 4 days to secure your exchange.
Exchange Shipping
Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If Returns Coverage was added at checkout, we’ll cover the return shipping back to Kat & Ko, however re-shipping costs still apply.
Without Returns Coverage, both return and re-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
International Orders
We’re so grateful to have Kat & Ko customers around the world 🌍
For international exchanges, return and re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Duties, taxes and customs charges are non-refundable.
International exchange requests must be lodged via the returns portal, submitted within 14 days of delivery, returned within 4 days of label issue where applicable, and meet all return and hygiene conditions.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, you’re protected under Australian Consumer Law.
When lodging your return, select “Faulty Item” and include clear photos so we can assess it quickly.
Minor faults such as loose threads or small stitching inconsistencies may be repaired or replaced.
Major faults may be eligible for a refund, replacement or alternative remedy.
We may request the item to be returned for inspection before confirming the outcome.
Return Shipping for Faulty Items
If an item is confirmed as majorly faulty and Returns Coverage was not purchased, we’ll cover reasonable return postage.
If an item is assessed as minorly faulty or not faulty, return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility.
If Returns Coverage was purchased, return shipping back to Kat & Ko is covered.
Pre-Orders
Estimated dispatch dates for pre-orders are listed on product pages.
Delays within the stated timeframe don’t count as a fault under Australian Consumer Law.
