Terms & Conditions

Upon joining Kat and Ko Clothing Loyalty Program, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  • POINTS EXPIRY - Points expire after 1 year of inactivity - If you don’t earn or spend points with Kat and Ko Clothing in 12 months then your points expire.
  • TIER EXPIRY - Customers will expire out of tiers if they have not spent the minimum $
    amount required per annum. This is calculated from the 1st of January every year and so
    follows the calendar year.
  • Maximum of one voucher to be used at a time
  • Vouchers can only be used on full priced items and cannot be used in conjunction with any
    other offer
  • Vouchers may only be used for purchase of products with a minimum value of $80
  • Birthday, Tier entry and prize draw vouchers are valid for 30 days from issue date
  • Shipping costs are not eligible for points
  • Discounts cannot be applied to shipping costs
  • Discounts and rewards can be used against any of our full priced products except gift cards

Cancellation of Membership

As a member you can cancel your membership to the loyalty rewards program at any time by
emailing info@katandko.com.au, by telephoning Kat and Ko Clothing on (02) 9540 3054 or by
visiting Kat and Ko Clothing in store.

Any unused loyalty dollars will be forfeited at the time of cancellation.

Kat and Ko Clothing reserves the right to cancel a customers membership at any time without
notice for any reason, including but not limited to failure to comply with these terms and
conditions or abusing any of the loyalty program privileges.

Kat and Ko Clothing reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Kat and Ko Clothing Loyalty Rewards Program at anytime without prior notice. Kat and Ko Clothing will attempt to notify members of any changes but will not be liable if they fail to do so.

What information does Kat and Ko Clothing collect?

The information we gather helps us personalise and improve your experience with us. Here are
examples of the type of information we gather:

  • Email Address: We need your email address, shipping address and phone number so that we can:
    1. Provide you with information concerning any changes to your order
    2. Update you with new arrivals, product features, product recalls, etc
    3. If you have selected to opt-in to our newsletter or loyalty club you will receive emails in
    regards to these
    4. Your date of birth is used exclusively for loyalty membership rewards
  • Automatic Information: We receive and store information whenever you order with us. Like many websites on the internet, we use cookies that provide us with information when your web browser connects with Kat and Ko Clothing either directly or through advertisements or by
    visiting us from other websites.

Manage your account

You can view your points, sign up, update your notification settings or opt-out of our loyalty program by pressing the 'Check Rewards' icon on the right side of the screen (tip: use the same email address you used when you placed your online order or signed up with in store).

iPhone users can add their Loyalty Card to their Apple Wallet app to track their points and store coupon codes.

Using your rewards online

You can view and claim your points, manage your notification and account settings or opt-out by clicking the 'Check Rewards' icon on the right side of the screen.


Press 'claim' on the reward you wish to use and use the code produced in the Discount Code box on the payment page when you checkout. Your offer is available to be redeemed for 30 days once claimed.

Using your points in-store

To ensure your purchases are logged against your account make sure you give us your name at the counter before your purchase is completed. You can also create an account in store.

To claim your reward simply give us your name at the counter in store and we'll check your account to see which rewards are available to claim. Your offer is available to be redeemed for 30 days once claimed.
